have been awarded a
major contract in
Pakistan
for the supply of CNC Lathes, with the first being the
Churchill 6
Series fitted with a Siemens 840 D Control,
which will be shipped in June 2011.

just completed the third contract for
Grant Prideco in
Mexico, for
2 further Churchill 7-50B CNC Lathes, equipped with Fanuc 18iT
controls. The machines again are destined for the
Veracruz plant in Mexico, and
should be operational in Marrch 2011.

Grant Prideco in
Mexico, for
2 off Churchill 7-50B CNC Lathes, equipped with Fanuc 18iT
controls. The machines are destined for the
Veracruz plant in Mexico,
and will be delivered in November 2009.
This second contract worth over
£1,000,000 shows Grant Pridco's confidence in
today's difficult economic conditions.

delivery in August 2010.

equipped with PRO-ELIP,
for the production of Large 420mm Pistons.
PRO-ELIP produces the
piston complete with the "Out of
Round" and Eccentric
turning in a single pass. The machines was shipped

have placed have placed another order for a
Re-Engineered BSA 1" x 6
Multi Spindle Automatic, the machine complements the
Autoflex 11 and Autoflex 35 Multi
Spindle purchased in 2007.

750 Heavy Duty CNC Lathes. The machines
were installed in their Mexico
plant in January / February 2008.

restock their Training Centre. The machines are
16 BSA Centre lathes and 2 Mill
Drill machines. The machines were
installed in October 2007.

have placed a repeat order for a second
Churchill Viper VT 40 x 2,000.
Fitted with a 500mm closed centre chuck to allow for large
billets, some requiring "Hard Metal" turning.
Delivery was completed in April 2008..

TBT UK Limited have
placed an order fro a Churchill
Viper VT 40. With a bed length of 4,000mm
and a turning capacity up to 1,000mm. Controlled by
the Fanuc 21iT, the machine will be delivered in June
2008.

PRD Fasteners in
Willenhall have taken delivery of a
Churchill FL 30120 Teach lathe fitted with a
Fanuc 21iT Control, and a secondary chuck fitted the rear
of the spindle. Through bore of 155mm with a bed
length of 3metres.

Hull College who are
setting up a new engineering block placed orders for
a number of conventional Centre
Lathes, Vertical Turret Mills, Universal Mills and saws.
Fitted with
Newall DRO's and fully guarded to
"Education Standards".

managed the project to completion.

College in Truro have taken delivery of
equipment to equip the training college in Cambourne.
The contract included centre lathes and cutting equipment.

Fittings in the West Midlands have now taken
delivery of 3 off Churchill Viper CNC lathes.
Fitted with Magazine Bar Loaders, the machines were
2-Viper VT 17's and a Viper VT
20. All the machines are controlled by
Fanuc OiT controls.

have just completed an order for China, valued at
some £1.5 million for
the supply of a Churchill Four
Series x 1,500 and 6 off Churchill Viper VT 50 CNC Lathes.
The machines are currently being commissioned in China, by
BSA engineers.

Corus in Scunthorpe, the
NEW Mostana R317 RF3 x 6,000 Heavy Duty CNC
Lathe has completed its
acceptance trials, and passed to CORUS to commence
production. The machine is fitted with a Fanuc OiTC
with Manual Guide, and can turn up to
1,200mm diameter and
6,000mm between
centres.

Multi Spindle Automatic, the machines complements the
Autoflex 35 Multi
Spindle purchased in 2006.

a number of orders have been placed for the

Kemlows in
Hoddesdon were the first to come on board.
