National Oilwell Varcos, Churchill 750 LB, has been completed for their plant in Houston in Texas. The machine a Twin Turret, with a capacity for components up to 2,500mm in length.  The patented BSA Pantograph is also included. The machine will be commissioned in March 2013.
 

Grant Prideco's plant in Mexico will receive 2 more BSA Churchill 7/50 CNC Lathes for their plant in Veracruz, the machines will be commissioned in March 2013, thus completing the 5th contract, with 10 machines now installed.
 

NOV in the USA have placed orders for 4 Off BSA Churchill Six Series CNC Lathes.  With bed lengths from 1metre to 4.5meres, the machines are fitted with the latest Fanuc 32iT Controls, together with SCHUNK Pneumatic Large Bore Chucks an the front and rear of the spindle affording a through bore of 325mm.  The machines will be delivered in March / April 2013, into plants in Texas and Louisiana.
 

Cornwall College in Truro have taken delivery of equipment to further equip the training college in Cambourne.  The contract included centre lathes, mills and bench drills, with delivery first quarter of 2012.
 

Schulz GmbH in Germany have commissioned BSA to supply a large swing Universal Lathe for their plant in the USA.  The model to be supplied is the BSA CU1000 x 3,000, and will be delivered at the end of February 2012.

BSA Machine Tools Ltd  have just commissioned (January 2012), the fourth contract for Grant Prideco in Mexico, bringing the number of machines supplied to eight over the last 4 years.
 

BSA Machine Tools Ltd  have been awarded a major contract in Pakistan for the supply of CNC Lathes, with the first being the Churchill 6 Series fitted with a Siemens 840 D Control, which will be shipped in June 2011.

Centre Lathes, Drills and Milling machines have been ordered by Birmingham Metropolitan College, for the newly refurbished James Watt College, for delivery in August 2010.
 

Kirkdale Industrial Training, in Brighouse, awarded BSA Machine Tools the contract to supply 15 Centre Lathes for their new "Training Centre, which opened in July 2010.
 

Kingdream in China have placed an order for a three Churchill Viper VT30 CNC Lathes, fitted with a Fanuc 21iT Control for delivery in mid 2010.
 

ATB Morley have placed an order for a Large Heavy Duty Lathe, offering 1,250mm swing and 3,000mm between centres.
 

Timet based in the West Midlands, have chosen BSA Machine Tools to supply them with 2 off Mostana 1H 65 x 5,000 Heavy Duty Lathes, scheduled for delivery May 2009.
 

Engineering Services will be shortly taking delivery of a Mostana RT817 x 10,000 Heavy Duty Lathe for their plant in Wales.
 

Skelton Thomas confirmed the order for a CYPML660 x 4,000 Centre Lathe after success with previous C6256 models delivered last year.

Premier Deep Hole Drilling have placed an order for a Churchill Viper VT 40 x 4,000 CNC Lathe, powered by a Fanuc 21iT, and equipped with VDI Turret, Auto Tailstock and large capacity auto steady.  The machine will be delivered in February 2009.
 

Kingdream in China have placed a repeat order for a second Churchill Four Series CNC Lathe, fitted with a Fanuc 18iT Control for delivery in mid 2009.
 

Bradford College in Yorkshire have chosen BSA Machine Tools to supply new equipment for their NEW Training School.  16 BSA Centre Lathes, 2 BSA Universal Mills, Pedestal Drills, and Grinding equipment were installed in August 2008.
 

Shannxi Deisel in China have ordered an OMEGA 80 equipped with PRO-ELIP, for the production of Large 420mm Pistons.  PRO-ELIP produces the piston complete with the "Out of Round" and Eccentric turning in a single pass.  The machines was shipped in October 2008
 

FTL in Leeds, have placed have placed another order for a Re-Engineered BSA 1" x 6 Multi Spindle Automatic, the machine complements the Autoflex 11 and Autoflex 35 Multi Spindle purchased in 2007.
 

Grant Prideco in the United States, take delivery of  2 Off Churchill 750 Heavy Duty CNC Lathes.  The machines were installed in their Mexico plant in January / February 2008.
 

Dudley College located in the West Midlands have placed orders for 18 machines to restock their Training Centre.  The machines are 16 BSA Centre lathes and 2 Mill Drill machines.  The machines were installed in October 2007.
 

De-Smet Rosedowns Ltd in Hull, have placed a repeat order for a second Churchill Viper VT 40 x 2,000.  Fitted with a 500mm closed centre chuck to allow for large billets, some requiring "Hard Metal" turning.  Delivery was completed in April 2008..
 

TBT UK Limited have placed an order fro a Churchill Viper VT 40.  With a bed length of 4,000mm and a turning capacity up to 1,000mm.  Controlled by the Fanuc 21iT, the machine will be delivered in June 2008.
 

PRD Fasteners in Willenhall have taken delivery of a Churchill FL 30120 Teach lathe fitted with a Fanuc 21iT Control, and a secondary chuck fitted the rear of the spindle.  Through bore of 155mm with a bed length of 3metres.
 

Hull College who are setting up a new engineering block placed orders for a number of conventional Centre Lathes, Vertical Turret Mills, Universal Mills and saws.  Fitted with Newall DRO's and fully guarded to "Education Standards".  BSA project managed the project to completion.

BSA have just completed an order for China, valued at some £1.5 million for the supply of a Churchill Four Series x 1,500 and 6 off Churchill Viper VT 50 CNC Lathes.  The machines are currently being commissioned in China, by BSA engineers.
 

Corus in Scunthorpe, the NEW Mostana R317 RF3 x 6,000 Heavy Duty CNC Lathe has completed its acceptance trials, and passed to CORUS to commence production.  The machine is fitted with a Fanuc OiTC with Manual Guide, and can turn up to 1,200mm diameter and 6,000mm between centres.
 

FTL in Leeds, are pleased with their latest acquisition a Re-Engineered BSA Autoflex 11 Multi Spindle Automatic, the machines complements the Autoflex 35 Multi Spindle purchased in 2006.
 

Following an extensive advertising campaign a number of orders have been placed for the Churchill Viper VT 17 CNC Lathe,  Kemlows in Hoddesdon were the first to come on board.  Fanuc O Control, 10 Station Turret, Tailstock, Chip Conveyor, and Tool Setter for UNDER £30,000.
